What error is this?

Is it an error of camera or of development? The lighter stripes appear only in one frame of the film. The frame is number 6 and the previous and following frames are also astrophotos. The camera was Pentax 6x7 with E200 film pushed 1 stop. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hmmmm. The film appears fogged like when my Hasselblad had a defective foam light gasket around the dark slide in one film magazine.

I would say it happened durring developing.
Looks like that area may been in the chemicals more/less than the other areas due to the fog (light area) going all the way across the film edge to edge through where the frame numbers are.
I cant think of any way to have light just hit that area of that frame in a fairly straight line.
