Orion EQ2 Lubrication?
      #6054284 - 08/30/13 11:55 AM

I have an Orion EQ2 mount that needs lubricating (or something) in the axes. When I lock the axes and use the hand motion controls the axes have become sticky-feeling. What should I do? Should I try to take the axes apart (and how do I do that, or is it even doable)? What kind of lube would be suitable? I have no idea what's inside the axes as far as what clamps them, etc.

Thanks for any advice.
