Zenithstar 80 Review: Part 1
-------------------- Whenever I’m about to do something...I think "would an idiot do that?" and if they would... I do not do that thing.

Send that thing back. You may need to sell it someday, and people who buy telescopes are picky. Besides, you'll always be wondering if your scope could be even better. I believe in being nice, but when you buy something new, you expect it to be in pretty much perfect condition. Don't do anybody any favors at your own expense, at least not for businesses. Send it back and get one that is just right.

A few days back, using an Agena (Manish's) Baader filter, which for my scope was only 70mm, and using a 12.5mm UO ortho, I had the best view of the rice-grain/granulation on the sun that I have ever seen...that includes through an 8" F8reflector with a glass filter, and through an MK67 with a homemade Baader filter (full aperture).
