Squeezin Lemons to get Andromeda
      #6071774 - 09/09/13 05:44 PM Attachment (21 downloads)

Sunday night was "kinda" clear so I went for it
25 subs at 4:00, 30 darks, 30 flats
Meade 10 with 6.3 focal reducer
My flats were somehow jacked up so there is bright blue around the edges when stretching, so this is a little over half the fov.

That's a very nice image. The brightness of the core is held under control exceptionally well, allowing you to show and resolve details down to the core. Excellent work.

Wouter.

Yup. Not every image of M31 has to show the whole thing.

Shawn,

Very nice detail all the way to the core. I also like the star colors.
