contains a little article about color correcting
eyepiece filters....and the early history of astrophotography...

I just received mine today, and it looks like a great issue. I especially like the article on telescope testing!

I can't believe I have April issue of a magazine before the month of March has begun. Now that's what I call service!

I agree, though I was saddened to read of the death of Ernie Pfannenschmidt. I wrote him last year regarding plans for a folded refractor, which he graciously provided for me. I didn't realize how senior he was; his hand-drawn illustration of Saturn in the article certainly doesn't look like it was made by an 80-year-old man.
