Flame Nebula @ 90X Real-Time Video thru IIE
      #6134241 - 10/13/13 02:42 AM Attachment (14 downloads)

Check out Orion's Flame Nebula in real-time (2 fps) at 90X magnification. It's a bit grainy but the dark lanes and brighter fingers are easily visible. Equipment used: Gen 3 thin-film image intensifier, Tak Mewlon 250 scope @ f9.2, 12nm H-alpha filter, Panasonic GH3 camera. Shot from Mount Pinos, Calif.
