81 x 90 sec @ 400 ISO taken on Oct 6-7, 2013
68 x 70 sec @ 400 ISO taken on Oct 3, 2013
darks & flats & dark flats

Camera: Canon T3i (unmodded)
Scope: Orion XT8 OTA + Baader MPCC-III
Mount: Celestron AVX
Guiding: Orion 50mm Deluxe Mini/QHY5L-II mono/PHD
Capture Software: Backyard EOS
Processing Software: DSS/StarTools

Hi guys,

NGC 253, The Sculptor Galaxy.

18 x 600sec. subs at ISO 800 + darks.
Camera: Modified Canon 1100D(T3).
Scope: SW 120ED Pro.
Mount: SW EQ6 Synscan, guided.
Location: 60 miles North West of Pretoria


Another one where I didn't get as much time as I would have liked. Only visible between trees for about an hour, and it's in the most light polluted part of my sky.

Location: Suburban back yard orange zone
Dates: 2, 9, 10, 29 Oct 2013
Camera: QHY8
Mount: CGEM
Guiding: Mag-Mini/SSAG/PHD
Accessories: Baader MPCC-III; SkyGlow for Imaging filter
Processing: Nebulosity, StarTools, PS CS6
Subs: 20x600s (3:20h); flats, darks and bias
