Greetings,

Without saying how I know, it is an asteroid with a ring around it between Saturn and Uranus.

Regards

I bet it is just another Kuiper belt object with a moon or two. Don't worry though, it is NOT a planet.

Thanks! It is a habit of mine. When someone says they have a big secret announcement and it is of interest to me I get to digging. I find it an enjoyable hobby.

Warm Regards

I'll bet its a fairly large asteroid to form a ring and sustain it.

Doesn't Uranus have a ring around it too?

So this new discovery is the much speculated on Nibiru?

All the large gas planets have some sort of ring around them.

Yes an asteroid is another matter altogether. I wouldn't have thought the mass could sustain such a thing. Rubble loosely tossed about yes but a ring is quite another thing. Amazing how dim this thing is though.
