Really? What would it be called? The Livestock Exchange, perhaps? The Two Mad Englishmen Forum? Or, A Pair of Aces? I don't know, but I rather like how their witty repartee spills over from forum to forum. It gives a sense of continuity to goings on.

you mean they actually carry on like this in other forums as well?

I don't mind a little 'noise' as long as it doesn't drown the 'signal'.

The medium is the message, remember.

< guys, you're going to have to start your own forum for these, ... ehm, "exchanges". >

Mark , out of respect for a respected fellow bino forum member , I will henceforth refrain from making any comment directly related to Steve Napier , or in response to anything he may say about me .

I will say though , that these exchanges WERE only meant to be light - hearted asides , with no intention on behalf of either party , I'm sure , to upset any other members .

Proportionally , on a word per word basis , such frivolity probably accounts for less than 5% of my many contributions to this forum over the past two and a half years .

Please accept ny apologies .

I promise to TRY to stick to SERIOUS stuff in the future , but don't hold me to it :-)

Kenny

Kenny, no need to exaggerate in the other direction either.

And I have to say that looking at your contributions to this forum on a word by word basis is a scary concept
