Moonscape around Plato new
      #6519969 - 05/11/14 08:42 PM

We recently had an observing session where the target region ran from Plato to the Alpine Valley. So this blog post (address below my signature) shows the observing sheet and tells some of the followers of the blog what we do when we broadcast as well as observe. Thought some of you might like the post. There is religious content.

Roland and Linda,

A wonderful post.
Your lunar sketch here is very impressive and accurately presented.

Roland,

An excellent observation of Plato to the Alpine Valley. This is an interesting region of the Moon to study. My best to you and Linda.

Regards,
Carlos

Yes, it is a great place to study. I have been there a few times...usually for just the crater or the valley, but not both. It was fun.
