Are there any reviews so far? They come in 9mm,12mm,14.5mm and 18mm. The 12mm is out of stock so there selling.

Clear Skies!

They appear to be identical to the Omegon Super LE eyepieces, available in 18,14.5,12,9, and 7mm (with a 5mm and 3.5mm listed in the text but not separately).

That makes it highly likely they are from Barsta, though they could have another source.

If so, it makes me wonder if they are really the same as the Astrotech AF70/Celestron Ultima LX/Olivon 70/Telescope Service Expanse/etc. and merely in slightly redesigned housings. Unknown.

Maybe not, though, since they are 1.25" rather than 1.25"/2.00" hybrids.
They appear to be new this year, so you may not find many reviews.

Or are these the first clones of the Delos? Again, unknown.
