Hi guys,

I just wanted to add that in the Netherlands they sell a kind of fluorescent nail polish. It's a kind of clear liquid but when looked at in fl. light it really shines brightly.
so what I suppose you could do is try to get a hold of this stuff and put it on a clear optical window. Maybe if you put another one on top you could get a clear strong fluorescent piece of glass...but still smooth and transparent!
Best is that this also comes in blue (which I like because it gives that genuine CaK look).
