Stephen,
You tapped my funny bone with that look-what-it's-done-to-your-head comment.

Congratulations P-M. Beautiful image of the California nebula and Holmes! Are you also focusing deep sky objects through your camera’s viewfinder, or are you using software for deep sky?

Pat

P-M that makes it even more remarkable and a tribute to your tenacity. I’ve tried focusing with my Canon 10D and a refractor for deep sky and it was really tough to get a sharp focus plus the contortions I had to go through at the back of the scope to see the viewfinder. I finally started using DSLR focus.

Congratulations again,

Pat

Yes, I´ve thinking about getting a program like DSLR focus.
