Hi Folks

Im after a nice looking (interesting) solar disc
graphic to print of,its for a Solar Out-reach next
week, just something that the kids can colour in,
and perhaps mark where they saw some Proms or even
spots/filaments if we are lucky
A link would be great.

Cheers..........Brian

Hi Brian,

They are pretty bare bones, but if you are looking for something that can be drawn in by the kids and has some orientation to it, then you can use the A.L.P.O. forms here:

http://alpo-astronomy.org/

Click on the A.L.P.O. Solar Section and then the Solar Report forms box and then click on the whole disk forms. They are available either as PDF or jpeg for printout or download.

Best,

Pat
