In conjunction with the related "waht's an used PST worth?" discussion, I ask the next obvious question..."Should one buy a NEW PST or an used one"?
I would think that there are advantages and disadvantages to each route.
Your thoughts?

you can buy one used, I did, but I needed to send mine back for service. As long as its not older than 5 years, Meade will honor warranty. Mine should be back in two weeks, I'll post on forum to let you know how the fix went. If it has the new element, used is fine.
