Well not quite  It is actually the back end of a generator which was part of a machine called a LightPlant which is basically a portable light polution factory, it has a 30' mast with stadium lights on top that can lightup several acres. Anyhow, The factory sand cast part broke apart and no replacements existed so we were asked to make the new "bullet proof" one that would last longer than the rest of the machine.

I ordered the 20 inch SS cw replacement for my CGEM and I can say that Deven does first class work.

Here's an idea for a product...
How about offering a transfer gear replacement for the gear box for the stock Atlas EQ-G mount (the gear box for both the dec and RA stepper motors)? It seems that transfer gear backlash is a weak link in the mount. I think some people are experimenting with a transfer gear with more teeth.
Just an idea for you...
