Multiple star list
      #3397666 - 10/19/09 09:33 AM

I am wondering whether any kind people have compiled a list only including the mutiple star system (more than 2 stars). I have observed Iota Cassiopeia last night and it is so beautiful, so I hope I can have such a list for my future observation. If no such one exists, would any one please share his/her familiar one by replying this post?

Thanks a lot!

If you like multiple stars, be sure to check Sigma Orionis when Orion is in the night sky.

We created a list by the members of the Saguaro Astronomy Club in Phoenix, Arizona. It is available on the website:

Hope it helps;

Thanks Tom & Steve.
I have viewed Sigma Orionis and it is a fantastic object.
I heard that beta Monoceros is also a great one loved by both William Herschel and Al Nagler, and now I am really looking forward to seeing it.

If you enjoyed sigma Ori, beta Monoceros will be a lot of fun. Let us know what you think when you see it.
