I'm trying to work out an excel spreadsheet that would allow me to do this but am having a bear of a time figuring out the math to convert the RA and DEC coordinates to true RA and DEC. The Washington catalog is a wealth of information but it doesn't allow you to search for potential targets by any criteria (Mag, SEP etc) because it is just text.
