Helios Quantum-4 20x80 (triplet) vs Apollo 15x70
      #3434421 - 11/07/09 10:44 AM

Since the Quantum-4 20x80 (triplet) binoculars have a stopped down aperture how will they perform optically compared to the Apollo 15x70 that are not stopped down?

My TS Marine (thesame bino as the Apollo) sees as deep as my Stellar 20x80. I've tested that on some ocassions and i can't catch a star that i can not see in the 15x70.
But of course that does not say anything about the Quantum.
However i have a Quantum too, a 10x60, wich sees hardly deeper then my 10x50.
