Hi Daniel,

I thought someone would have chimed in by now. My telescope is sort of similar to the C130 mak. I have the Earthwin Binoviewer with power/filter slide. I did not need an OCA corrector. I did have to reposition my focus knob slightly to allow a little bit more of inward focus, however that is due to the power slide at 0.63X. I think you should have enough focus travel to come to focus.

Regards,

Should'nt be a problem, I have a 5" mak that just loves my binoviewers. It is an excellant combo for Lunar and Planetary viewing.

I have no problem with Orion 127 Apex and Denk II's. I recommend that if you are using heavy binos like the Denks, you fit a 2" visual back. It will make for a much more secure attachment. For the Orion at least, you need an adaptor to convert the strange threads to SCT threads, and then an SCT 2" visual back. These two items are available from ScopeStuff, among others.
