I just had this out last night looking at the moon- looked pretty good in a 20mm Huygens lens (didn't come with it, just a lens I had)
It did come with it's original box and sawdust packaging and all original accessories!
Anyway, for the very small amount I paid, it is very well made and so cool to see the threaded cell and dew shield and the precision machining on the very small mount!
My 2nd Jason Circle T scope, the 80mmx1200mm is a keeper too.

Wonderful! A while back I found an identical scope to yours, but labeled Tasco a precurser to the 6TE, with the peepsights, circle T and all. They are keepers!

I have the red Tasco 66TE circle T which I think must be the same thing, only on a full size tripod. I liked the little thing so much I leave it set up in my study as a grabbengo.

I hope you get clear skies for your tryout. I must say, with the supplied 50x eyepiece the moon is pretty compelling, if only a little 'tunnelesque'. Very crisp image, not too bright, but not dim by any means, very nice contrast and fills most of the view at this magnification in this scope. I was seeing craterlets and nice shadow distinction two nights ago.
Very VERY little CA apparent at f/12.
Enjoy!
