For December, I had been thinking the Witch Head, but I see it is on the Intermediate DSO Subject poll. So, NGC2264, the Cone Nebula and the Christmas tree cluster. The shot must include both and a bonus being any of the dark nebulae around it like LBN922, B38 & B37 (optional). Once again mosaics welcome. Any objections?

Oh! Thanks Mike. Well, let me think on it some more then. My original thought aside from the Witch Head was a wide field of Orion... from the horse to the sword. I think including Barnard's loop might exclude a lot of folks as you really need a multi-pane (like 4) mosaic or ultra wide lenses. It could be optional??
Other thoughts: -sh2-264 -> Orion's Head - big but kind of featureless -NGC7822+ CED214 in Cepheus - not as big but more details.

sorry about that Charlie!
So I decided it should be IC405 (Flaming Star Nebula) and IC410 (The Tadpoles) in Auriga. Both nebulae must be in the FOV and mosaics are acceptable.
