Received AP 15x70 binos Thurs....
Initial evaluation mirrors previous comments as far as exit pupil.
Slight amount of converging horizontal collimation error with just a touch of vertical collimation error. Doesn't seem to affect merging images, but annoying just the same.
Initial star test last night showed very contrasty, pinpoint star images that remained round out to about 85% edge of field (AFOV 66 degrees according to specs.) Coatings appear to be first rate, a definite improvement for Chinese optics IMO.
Oh yeah, that's Orion's Paragon-Plus bino mount with tripod, a very good match for the binoculars.
