I suspect that stars or double stars will show how well you're focused, better than anything else.(when I focused my binoc to infinity as perfect as I could in daytime, under the stars I found I was off a bit).

Congrats on the Papilio 6.5, I'll bet the low magnification and all the benefits that go along with that make it a joy to use in the daytime (and indoors!). I was thinking of getting one but I really needed at least 18mm eye relief and a smaller body, so I got a roof prism 8x25 instead.
