Erik,

The EPs that came with our BTs were 25x and 40x, but we struggled with their poor ER, especially the 40x, which were virtually unusable (we both wear eye glasses). We also found they suffered colour fringing, which is why we looked for alternatives. My Review may be worth a read!

All our new EPs are Siebert Optics, specifically 35mm, 24mm, 17mm, 13mm and 9mm, all Ultras except the 35s.

So if you are using the original EPs there are better out there worth considering. I selected Siebert on ER, AFOV and price, there being few alternative brands that offered a comparable range.
