Good suggestions. When I reported what I could fit into the fov the eyecup was extended. I was looking straight ahead and trying to see what was in my peripheral vision.
I'll try your suggestions of rolling down the eyecups and getting closer to the ep. I'll also try looking directly at the edge of the fov even if my head and eyes are in positions that I don't often use.
I hope the fov will end up a bit bigger. I don't think any of the above suggestions would result in a smaller fov.
