A couple of points about the questions

First, you missed the roll off shed design. Two of the five observatories that I use, including the most frequent are sheds that roll off leaving low walls around the pier.

Second, when you ask what type yours is instead of what types. I use two roll off sheds, have access to two domes and own an observatory tent. Scopes range from 8" to 17.5", forks, GEMs and a Dob. I don't know if multiple answers are possible (select all that apply) in the survey form, but they might produce more accurate results.

As for preferences, I like the roll offs unless it's windy. Domes are a pain unless you need to batten down. Tents are fantastic for travel, but they wear out quick if you try to leave them up for extended periods of time.
