I am so sorry. I completely forgot I have the Orion #07589 adapter which is what you need, or something similar. I see it is mentioned above so this is no news for you. Here is what I did though:
You could make one out of a hunk of metal and a 1/4-20 bolt (stainless steel) from the hardware store and a drill (and you wouldn't need the head at all).
