I went out with my friend a couple weeks ago and he had just received a new TV102 scope. It was pretty dark outside and we were panning around looking at different sky objects when my friend told me to take a look at the community way off on the side and see how close it is.
I panned over and all of a sudden saw another guy who had his telescope looking in our general direction (we were up on a hill) but after further inspection his scope was pointed higher and he was looking upwards. The neighbors light illuminated him a little bit. It scared the heck out of me because it almost looked like another guy with a telescope was looking at us. We both had a good laugh after.
