my recommendations are:
1-start with what you have. the 10x56s should be fine 2-if you are looking for something else, I would suggest a wider angle handheld pair 3-next step would be a 70mm on a tripod 4-then move up to a 100mm pair
that should take care of your binocular astronomy needs for many years,
