Carlos and Roland, thank you for the kind words. 
@ Roland : As you probably know, I first make a pencil sketch behind the eyepiece, folowed by a digital impression on the computer. The pencil sketch is based on a frame work of anchor stars, the brightest stars in the field of view. All other stars are placed in relation to these framework stars. When I make the digital sketch, I compare the star placements with a print-out of the starfield (generated by Cartes du Ciel). I've learned to build up the starfield of the computer sketch in the same chronological order as I did with the field sketch. This helps me to find my way around in the framework. I hope this makes sense to you?
