I've seen posts about your Binocular Icon series but this is the first sketch I've seen--*very* nicely done! I'm fortunate with my dark skies to be able to see M13 with the unaided eye as you describe and always put my 10x binoculars on it when it is up to get the view you rendered so realistically.
