Thanks for the link! After watching the video, I have to question whether my corrector needs the cleaning compared to the scope they showed!
Anyway, I will be trying it sometime tomorrow and will report back... I was thinking of using essentially the same approach for masking things off, except in my case I was thinking standing the SCT up on it's rear cell, and placing aluminum foil "rings" rather than what looks like tape to prevent any of the First Contact from having a chance to seep into the housing... I will take photos and post how it goes...!
