To my personal collection, I have added the following in recent weeks -
NWA 001 small part slice - the very first NWA meteorite to be classified and receive the NWA designation. It's an L6 chondrite from Kem Kem Morocco. I also have a second slice of this one on the way.
D'Orbigny micromount - a tiny piece of this angrite meteorite, which may be from Mercury.
2 more small Gibeon etched irons - about 4 grams each.
Moss (a recent impactor/hammer carbonaceous chondrite from Norway 2006)
Travis(b) several grams of fragments - an unusual meteorite from Texas that was initially misclassified.
NWA 4685 - a beautiful CV3 minislice of about 2 grams - gorgeous chondrules and CAI's. polished on both sides.
A larger Bensour individual - about 4 grams with mostly fusion crust.
A very small Brahin mini slice (about 2 grams) with translucent olivine.
A small etched Taza slice.
I haven't had time to get photos done, but I'll try to get some posted soon.
