Yes, that's been discussed even earlier. However, we're talking ccd here, so obviously you have no daytime photos, at least not as easily as with a DSLR.
Another point to be considered is construction. Many on qhyccd forum have reported the formation of frost. That's not nice, and it's a indication of poor design. Another thing is it seems the construction itself changes without major notice or announcement. Someone received an interchangeable filter camera, someone had the ir/cut filter glued. That's a major feature. Can someone who has the camera shed more light on this aspect? Is your filter removeable or interchangeable with something else, eg. LP filters?
