well those hole are wider than the Paragon block - whose holes are .75 inches ( ~19mm) apart. They 4.5mm is smaller than a 1/4-20 I believe.
Wonder if one 1/4-20 down through the center hole of Far-sight base into the Paragon block ( one of the two existing 1/4-20 holes) would work?
Otherwise that leaves
A) the orion adaptor
B) drilling from the other end of the block to make a central hole
C) maybe drilling two small holes to match the 4.5mm 28mm apart holes on the Far-Sight.
