Here is the tally thus far:
3 say its normal.
4 say its bad.
Orion Tech Support Closed early today, so I have not heard back from that side yet.
Charlie, Checking the "Mesh on the motor to worm transfer gears" is this as simple as removing a plate? I do have some mechanical skills, but I would like to know how, what, and where to look.
