best pair of handheld astro binoculars?

Hello. (:
I've been doing some research on the pair of binoculars I want to get. I caught a pair of zhumell's on sale at telescope.com, but have heard mixed reviews ('russian roulette?') as far as quality.
I'm looking for a pair in which I can hold in my hand, but would give me about 15x-20x and under $200.
Any suggestions?
