Rony, At typical bino magnifications (up to about 25X in most cases), atmospheric seeing has to pretty bad to be visible. Only on perhaps two occasions in my life did I see anything more than the usual scintillation (twinkling) in even a fairly large bino (unless looking very close to the horizon on so-so nights). So I would discount that as a reason to relax the mirror tolerances.
