One with laser filter and reticle and the other without these. The latter because of no laser filter has a brighter image. The one with this filter is more comfortable to look through.Like the more expensive binoculars. The other one a bit more uncomfortable. I wonder has been damaged some way. So that the tubes might not be aligned? Someone who has an opinion about that? About having it repaired?
