Gaute, you may find this article interesting; section 5 in particular:
Checking collimation with the sun
This should give you a good idea of the principles of binocular alignment (but not the mechanical ones). I haven't seen these binoculars but my similar Japanese Porro prism binoculars have a lock ring on the objective end and an eccentric ring behind it. Turning the eccentric ring will move the axis of the objective lens. With a little fooling around you may improve things. Just don't blind yourself! 
When all else fails, to really get things right you need to find a shop that has a binocular collimator and the knowhow to use it.
