I see - Well.., I do already have the Orion Atlas EQ-G Pier adapter that looks the equivalent of the top of that pier, including the azimuth adjustment bolt, and centre fixing bolt that screws into the bottom of the mount base.

Understood. See I'd need to have the top / bottom plates made, with the top one also needing to be "machined" so that my Orion adapter can be attached to it somehow.
This weekend I placed ads at a couple of places asking for anyone that knows how / has the appropriate tools to get in touch, but no responses yet , Unfortunately..,
Where did you get your top / bottom plates prepared, if you don't mind my asking?
