An important question is: Are you going to hold onto these for a very long time? If you think you might be selling them in a year or two, having cosmetic blemishes will reduce the price you can sell them at and for that reason alone might be an important consideration.
On the other hand, if you anticipate holding onto them for a long time, I wouldn't worry about it - you'll end up causing a few cosmetic scratches here and there yourself over time!
