Sensors like level-north are ONLY for alt az because the polar home position is NOT level like it is for alt-az!!!! So there is no need to calibrate somethign that is disabled in polar mode anyway.... Not too shabby, Meade programmers, eh? I hope that fixes your problem, the solution is, I believe, that you do not need those sensors for polar mode.
