I've used 400 Sensia since they quit making Provia F, and found it to be OK. Red response seems to be less than the F, but OK. If you can get Kodak E200 - use it. It is the standard right now. Yes you will burn up some film to get started, but I would go with whatever is cheaper or will get you going. You could start with the 200, and then progress to the E200 later.
