Welcome to CN Kurt. I wish someone would have given me a scope like that when I started out. You might want to hang onto it for a few and download a manual for it. That looks like it's around an 8 or 10 inch scope and with the wedge it's already to go for Astrophotography. Give the scope a chance and set it up (We can help you do this too) and have a look around for a night. you might just get hooked on a new hobby. You already found the best Astronomy forum on the web, hang around and look up for a few. Then decide to sell or not. But you will be amazed at what you can see with that scope.
