I've used the Sensia 200 a few times. It's alright, but if you push it even as little as 1 stop, the grain starts to show. The red response is accurate enough, but seems to take a lot longer for each exposure. With Provia 400F or 400X I can get a decent exposure of M8 in about 20min or so. With the Sensia 200 on the same set up, that shot was still under exposed at 35 minutes.

Yes, they are still making Provia and Velvia. I just picked up several rolls of Provia 400X and a few rolls of Velvia 100F at a local camera store. Provia 400F is no longer made, 400X replaced it.
