Quote: Do those include 2" Amici erecting-type diagonals? If they're labelled "erecting" or "correct image", they won't work as well for high mag. celestial use. I was thinking of the conventional Baader 2". Are there others readily available?
When you sort it that way (and I looked closer) 1 was discontinued and the rest are Amici.
At a dark site one year, since I had run out of star diagonals, I used a WO 90 degree erecting prism on my ZS66 Triplet that I had piggybacked on my C11, which was using a Burgess dielectric. Going back and forth between scopes during the night gave me some interesting comparisions, mainly a difference in field of view, but I didn't think the prism diagonal was that bad. I was targeting clusters, nebulae and galaxies and was quite happy with the nights viewing. The scope being a triplet maybe had something to do with it, but your info will prompt me to try the prism again in some doublets.
