Hi,
I was to Mallorca last year, although not with equipment. But I'd say the east (and of course the south) is pretty light polluted. Spanish people also tend to over-illuminate their towns... The west has some pretty high mountains with only few villages. I'd get into google maps and just look for a place which is easy to reach and with few villages/towns around. r download the detailed map from here
