I got a copy of TUBA on CD a number of years ago; I found it didn't go very deep but it's simplicity was good for small binoculars.
Cartes du Ciel loaded with the Tycho and Tycho II catalogs is much more versatile and goes down to mag. 12 if you need it. It's my "daily driver" chart program with many useful functions to help plan an evening. Nice for keeping track of Jupiter and Saturn's moons and current comet ephemeris.
